Christmas in July.  Warm up the holiday season with a little summer in July.  Serve tropical drinks and luau style foods.   Decorate with bright colors and keep the music bright and cheery.
Gourmet Holiday.  Create lots of smaller dishes with a gourmet flair.  Savory canapés and decadent desserts will make a sensational holiday party spread.  Serve champagne, a signature cocktail and espresso too.  Formal or cocktail attire required.
