As per Latest Survey from one of the famous online wedding related sites said that,
78.3% believed Prince William’s wedding to Kate Middleton was the most popular wedding of 2011.
It was also the most expensive wedding of the year with 65% people believing so.
This was followed by Actor Imran Khan Wedding to Avantika Malik which was second with 49.7% votes.
The other 3 couples who made it to the 5 most popular weddings of 2011 list were,
Mahesh Bhupathi & Lara Dutta (47.8%)
Gautam Gambhir & Natasha Jain (40.8%)
Kim Kardashian’s wedding with Kris Humphries (37.6%) – This one was also expensive.
Not only did Prince William & Kate Middleton’s wedding become the most popular wedding of 2011.
Bhutan's King, Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck wedding with Jetsun Pema is expensive weddings of 2011.
