College and University Conferencing Serve as B&B Hosts

Even with a multitude conferences and events coming and going throughout the summer, there are typically still a handful of empty rooms and empty beds on most days.  For those campuses who have apartment or suite-style accommodation, the empty-bed factor could be even greater, as those room types are typically saved for adult conference groups.
