Spicy honey mustard chicken wings, Christmas snack recipe:
Ingredients
- 5 lbs chicken wings cut into pieces
- 3-4 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp yellow mustard
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- salt
- 2 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 4-5 black pepper grounded
1. Preheat oven to 450 F. Cover the baking sheet with an aluminum foil and grease with non sticky oil.
2. Cut the chicken wings by discarding the tips if required. Now place the wings on the sheet at distance of 3-6 cms to avoid sticking. Season with salt. Cook and flip the chicken pieces for 20-25 minutes till they become tender and brown.
3. In a bowl, mix yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, honey, pepper sauce, black pepper, cider vinegar and salt. Mix well and then apply on the chicken wings.
4. Cook for 5 minutes and then serve.
